I’ve been to this pub several times, and each visit has been great. The staff are always friendly, and the environment is welcoming. I love their Sunday roasts; they are generous and full of flavour! Highly recommend trying the roast beef if you get the chance. The only small issue I had was that the wait for food can be a bit long during busy hours, but it's well worth it. Overall, a fantastic spot!

What a gem this place is! I visited last weekend, and it exceeded all my expectations. The service was prompt, and our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I tried their homemade burger, and I must say, it was one of the best I've ever had. Juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection! The pub has a fantastic selection of craft beers, and I enjoyed trying a few different ones. The outdoor seating area was a lovely touch, especially given the weather. My only suggestion would be to have more vegetarian options; while the menu was varied, I felt a few more choices would make it even better. Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning soon!

The atmosphere was just perfect—cozy with a rustic charm that made it feel like a home away from home. I ordered the fish and chips, which were absolutely divine. The batter was light and crispy, and the fish was flaky and fresh. To top it off, I paired it with a local ale that the bartender recommended, and it complemented my meal beautifully. My only minor critique would be the seating arrangement; it can get a bit cramped during peak times, making it hard to hear conversations. However, the cheerful buzz of chatter added to the lively ambiance. I ended the night with a delicious sticky toffee pudding that was the perfect sweet finish. It’s a lovely place for a casual night out or even a special occasion. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu!

Had a lovely evening here with friends! The decor gives off a really nice traditional vibe, which I appreciated. I enjoyed a pint of cider and a plate of nachos that was more than enough to share. The prices are reasonable too! It can get quite busy, so I’d suggest booking a table in advance if you're planning to visit on a Friday night. Will definitely return for more good times!
